ARTIST BIO

Textiles became an important part of life at an early age, having a creative family meant Charlotte did not need to look far for inspiration.

​

Starting her university journey back in 2017, now in her final year as an undergraduate textiles student. Charlotte has had the opportunity to learn valuable creative skills and broaden existing ones.

Specialising in knit within a design field, she is currently experimenting with natural dying and creating forms and shapes within her knitted designs, with initial inspiration coming from the art of folding paper.

Charlotte has a love for creative hands on crafts and learning new techniques and processes that can be developed into her work.
